Chili

Ingredients
1.25 pounds extra lean ground beef2 28 oz. cans of diced tomatoes, no salt added1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes1 can of peaches and cream corn1 19 oz can of black beans, rinsed2 14 ox cans of kidney beans, rinsed2 sweet peppers (red, yellow, orange)chili powder to tastegarlic to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain fat, if any. Add canned tomatoes and beans (and a splash of red wine!). Add peppers, onions and seasonings, to taste. Let simmer on low for a couple of hours and enjoy!

Makes approximately 20 one cup servings.
