Ingredients:*Bob's Red Mill Stone Ground Golden Corn Flour (Masa Harina), 1.5 cup (remove)*Deep multigrain flour 30 gm 2 rotis, 0.25 cup (remove)*Daikon Radish (Mooli), 1 cup (remove)*Fenugreek Leaves-Frozen/Chopped (Surati), 340 g/12oz, 1 serving (remove)*Diamond Kosher Salt (1 tsp), 1 serving (remove)*fresh ginger 1 tsp=2g, 1 tsp (remove)Anise Seed, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
- grate daikon (mooli), add all other ingredients, mix well add water as needed to form a firm dough.
- divide in four equal portions, make round rotis and cook on hot pan.
- serve with plain yoghurt.
