4 large eggs1 cup chopped fresh baby spinach1 cup low-fat cottage cheese2 oz reduced fat crumbled fetasaltpepper
Directions
mix all ingredients; pour into lightly greased pie dish; bake on 350 for 40 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
