Nan's Crock Pot Pulled Pork Barbeque

Ingredients
(4) Boneless Pork Chops(6 tsp) Light Brown Sugar(3/4 Cup) Kraft Barbecue Sauce Spectrum Organic (1 Tbsp) Virgin Coconut Oil(4) Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Directions
Place four boneless pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot. In a bowl, mix the Barbeque Sauce, Coconut Oil, and Light Brown Sugar. Pour over chops and spread mixture onto all sides of chops. Cover and cook on low for approximately 6 hours. Remove pork and use a fork to shred the pork. Place on sandwich thin and eat!
