Diet Lime Cookies Redo

Ingredients
1. two whole large eggs2. box of Pillsbury Key Lime cookie mix dry.3. 3 oz. cup of Mott's applesauce4. I whole 8 oz. container of Kroger fat free, sugar free thawed whipped topping.5. In clean and dry whipped container, I add 1/2 cup of sifted powdered sugar, and dry lime jello for a punch of flavor. Add lid and shake until all is mixed.6. Mix cookie mix, eggs, cool whip, and applesauce in large bowl until well blended and no lumps.7. Chill for 1/2 hour in fridge.8. Using a small cookie scoop, place a scoopful of dough into powdered sugar & jello mixture. Place lid on bowl. Gently swirl until dough is covered in a small ball.9. Place on parchment paper on cookie sheet.10. 10-12 per sheet.
Directions
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool and store in lidded container. This recipe will make a little over 4 dozen cookies.

Serving Size: Makes up to 48 or more 3 inch lime cookies. Uniced it is only 16 calories per cookie.
