Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients
3 slices Bread1.5 TBS low cal jam1 Tbs Butter1/3 cup raisins or sultanas6tsp of brown sugar6 eggs1 can evaporated milk lite375 ml whole milk1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla add milk and evaporated milk. Put mixture into baking dish 1.5 lt. Add sultanas/raisins. Butter bread and spread with jam. Cut bread into bite size pieces and put in mixture. Put baking dish into larger oven dish fill with water half way up inner dish. Cook in oven on 150 deg celcius for about 1 hour or until firm. Test by skewer coming out clean.
