Marcia's Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 cup Quaker Minute Oatmeal2/3 cup water1 cup peeled and chopped apple1/4 cup water3 Tbsp Pancake Syrup1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon1/3 cup (9 Tbsp) Slivered Almonds
Directions
Cook 1/3 cup of Quaker Minute Oatmeal as per the instructions and add in the apple with an additional 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 1 minute more. Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes. Add in the 1/3 cup of slivered almonds, 3 tbsp of syrup and 1 tbsp ground cinnamon. Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
