2 WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS1 teaspoon of I CAN'T BELIEVE IT IS NOT BUTTER light.2 slices of VEGETARIAN CHEDDAR CHEESE12 pieces of VEGETARIAN PEPPERONI Salsa, etc.
Fill the tortillas with cheese and pepperonis, then coat the outside of the tortillas, lightly with butter.
Have your Foreman Grill heating, or your skillet.
Keep each side of the tortilla on the grill for 3 minutes or until you are satisfied with the crispiness. Flip, then repeat.
Let cool for 3-5 minutes.
Add salsa to plate with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. (optional)
