Low Fat Whole Grain Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oat flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 cups low fat buttermilk1 whole egg1 egg whites1 T low fat margarine (5 g fat per T)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Separate egg, beat all egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add egg yolk to butter milk and mix. Combine the milk mixture with the dry ingredients. Then add the melted margarine. Fold in the egg whites.

Cook according to your waffle iron instructions.
