*Fit & Active Whole Wheat Pasta 1 (1.5 cup dry) makes 2.5 cups cooked Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (approx. 9.5oz)Brocolli raw, 1.5 cup Garlic, 2.5 clove Onions, raw, .5 medium choppedChicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Canellini Beans, 0.5 cup Basil, 2 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp Pepper to tasteLime Juice, 1 lime
While water is comes to boil, grill chicken til nearly done. Chop broccoli into flowerets. Chop garlic, onion. Drain beans. Boil penne for 9 minutes. Meanwhile, pour chicken broth into large skillet and add broccoli, garlic onions, beans, basil, parsley and black pepper. Cover and bring to low boil and allow to cook 3-5 minutes or until broccoli is crisp but tender. Cut the chicken into even bite sized chunks (approx 15 pieces) add to skillet along with the lime juice. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Stir together and allow to sit for 3minutes.
