Keely's Stewed Tomato Chili (Slow cooker)

Ingredients
2 Cans of light red kidney beans1 lb lean ground beef1 teaspoon ( or to taste) minced garlic1 medium-large onion3 stalks of Celery2 Green bell peppers1 can Stewed Tomatoes1 can diced tomatoesChili Seasoning to taste1 4oz can of chopped green chiles (more if want spicier)added about a cup of water
Directions
Brown meat w/ onion and garlic. Chop celery and bell peppers and add everything to crockpot. Cook on low for at least 6 hours ( I usually do at least 8). Sometimes I will make with 1 can of black beans and add corn for more of a southwest feel. This is the first time I tried stewed tomatoes. They didn't have rotel when I was at the store and decided to improvise.
