Italian Grilled Cheese and Tomato

Ingredients
2 slices bread 2-3 Grape tomatoes, sliced1/8 cup part skim mozzarella cheese (I used shredded)1/4 tsp basilKraft Fat Free Spray Butter
Directions
Heat griddle to 325 degrees. Spray one side of each slice of bread with butter spray. Place one slice of bread butter side down on griddle, top with ingredients. Place other slice of bread butter side up on top. Toast both sides until golden brown. Serve. Makes one sandwich.
