Turkey Chili

Ingredients
36 oz Lean Ground Turkey1 Medium Onion, diced4 tsp. Garlic, minced2 Tbsp. Olive Oil4 cans Kidney beans, drained and rinsed2 cans diced Tomatoes6 cups Tomatoe Juice1-2 Tbsp. Chili PowderSalt to taste
Directions
saute onion and garlic in 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil until onion is translucent
add ground turkey and cook until done
Drain all liquid and add to crock pot
Combine with:
Drain and rinse Kidney Beans
diced tomatoes
and Tomatoe Juice
Add Chili Powder and Salt to taste
