Swiss Steak Stir-fry

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 16 oz 1 1/2 C chicken brothCorn Starch, 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, strips Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick) 1/4 C of water
Directions
Melt butter in a pan. cut steak into strips and brown. pour chicken broth seasoned with garlic powder and paprika into pan. Add bell peppers and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add soy sauce, water and corn starch heat until gravy like. Keep warm until ready to serve.
