Carrot Juice Morning Shake

Ingredients
3/4 c. Plain Greek (non-fat) yogurt3/4 c. Carrot-Apple-Ginger juice mix (pre-made into ice cubes)0.5 c. Almond/Coconut milk0.5 T. Tahini
Directions
Pre-juice carrots, ginger and apples (other high fiber veggies welcome!) and store in freezer as 1-ounce ice cubes; add 6 cubes per shake.

Blend with other ingredients each morning for a grab-and-go breakfast.
