Green Goddess Morning Shake

Ingredients
6 oz freshly juiced greens frozen into 1-ounce ice cubes.1/2 medium banana0.5 T. Tahini3/4 c. plain non-fat Greek yogurt0.5 c. almond/coconut milk
Directions
Pre-juice the vegetables and freeze as 1-ounce ice-cubes for use through the week.
Mix other ingredients, add the juice-cubes (6 cubes) and take as an in-the-car breakfast drink!

Serving Size: Makes one serving roughly 2 cups in volume
