Quick Microwave Frozen Salmon with Dill

Ingredients
Frozen shrink wrapped SalmonDried Dill WeedSmart Balance Light
Directions
Put salmon in microwave and defrost - time depends on size of salmon used

Pour tablespoon of dried dill in palm of your hand then squeeze and break apart on salmon - brings out flavor of dried herb

Place skin side up on paper plate in microwave on top of spoon of Smart Balance Lite and microwave on high for approx 3 minutes or until Salmon cooked through (no longer looks shiney or red - should be pink all the way through)

Serve with Salad and small or 1/2 yam
