Fruity Pork Chops in Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, cut into serving size1/4 cup mandarin oranges1 mango, medium sized, cut into cubes1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
Directions
Place pork chops in bottom of slow cooker, cover with the chopped mango and the canned mandarin oranges (include the juice). Pour 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup over the top. Cook on High for 2 hours, then turn down to low for another 3 or 4 hours.

I like to serve it with 1/2 cup of orzo (not included in the calorie count.
