Homemade Noodles

Ingredients
Flour, white, 2 cupWater 2-4 tspEgg, fresh, 3 small
Directions
Sift flour into bowl. Make a well shape in middle and add eggs. Add water as needed. Knead together until well mixed then roll out flat. Wait approx 20 minutes until dry(er) and then roll. Using a sharp knife, slice rolls into strips. Unroll the rolled noodles and let sit to dry.

To cook: add to boiling water. Cook like regular noodles.

Make about 3-4 Cups. (Serving size states 1)
