Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop), 27 gram(s)(remove)Milk, 1%, 1 cup(remove)Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz(remove)Nutrasweet Equal packet, 8 packet(remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(remove)water (1/2 cup)Redi-whip Light whipped cream, 2 serving(remove)
Directions
mix all ingredients (except redi whip) in a small sauce pan. Stir over medium heat until well blended & warmed. Pour into mugs & top with redi-whip
