2 cups water1/3 c full fat canned coconut milk1.5 c old fashioned oats1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice2 tbsp maple syruppinch salt
Directions
whisk all ingredients in pan over med-low heat, bring to simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, split between 3 bowls.
