Sesame Carrot Edamame Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups frozen, shelled edamame2 Tbls fresh cilantro2 Tbls rice vinegar1 1/2 Tbls dark sesame oil,1/2 tsp sesame seeds1/4 tsp kosher salt1 Cup shredded carrot1/4 Cup sliced green onions
Directions
Boil edamame 3 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine cilantro, rice vinegar, dark sesame oil, sesame seeds and kosher salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in edamame, shredded carrot and green onions.
