62 grams Unsweetened Applesauce (1/2 serving)62 grams Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (1/4 serving)20 grams Steel Cut Oats (1/2 serving)1.5 tsp Chia Seed1.5 tsp Ground Flax Seed70 grams Frozen Mixed Berries (1/2 serving)Mix the first five ingredients in a 1 or 1.5 cup jar or sealable container, top with the frozen berries , and refrigerate overnight. This sweet and filling breakfast can be frozen but will keep in the fridge for about 5 days.
