Beef and cabbage stew

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 tsp minced garlic1 med onion chopped1/2 large head cabbage chopped1 28 can diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce2 cups cooked riceSeasoning as desired
Directions
Brown the ground beef, onions and garlic. Add the cabbage and cook until it is soft. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and cooked rice. Simmer 30 minutes.
