Creamy Shrimp with Pasta

Ingredients
non-stick cooking spray12 ounces uncooked linguine1 clove garlic chopped1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined1 tablespoon flour1 1/2 cups fat-free half and half6 tsp reduced fat parmesan cheese (grated)
Directions
Cook linguine according to package directions.

Meanwhile, spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat cook garlic for one minute. Add shrimp, cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove and keep warm.

Combine flour and fat free half and half until smooth. Add to skillet and bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened. Reduce heat and return shrimp to skillet.

Drain linguine and add to shrimp mixture and toss to combine.

Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
