Ingredients
50g rolled oats1 teaspoon poppy seeds1 teaspoon sesame seeds1 tablespoon activated linseed (flaxseed)2 tablespoon chia seeds15g dried cranberries10g goji berries10g pepitas (pumpkin seeds)1/2 cup water1/2 cup apple juice (or water)For more recipes, please visit www.strongkate.com
Directions
Soak oats, chia seeds and linseeds in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and any seasonal fruit for topping.
Pour either juice or rest of the water.
