Ingredients:Basil, 58 (remove)Eggplant, fresh, 400 (remove)Hunts Traditional Spagetti Sauce 1/2 Cup, 6 serving (remove)Parmesean Cheese, Kraft Shredded , 0.25 cup (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
slice eggplant and zucchini longways about 1/4" thick. Layer in pan alternating with parmesean and sauce. Top with tomatoes. Bake at 400 about 25 minutes and finish under broiler.
