Ingredients
1 egg1 TBSP coconut flour1/8 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp baking soda2 TBSP milk- any kind- I use almond milkpinch of sea salt
Directions
mix above ingredients and let stand about 2 minutes then cook on griddle like pancake with butter on griddle.After making flatbreads can make into grilled cheese sandwich or your own fixings. butter and grill.
