Ingredients
2 cups Oatmeal 2 cups Pumpkin 1 cup White Whole Wheat flour1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain Nonfat2 Tbs Maple Syrup1 Tbs Granulated Sugar1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate ChipEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Pre heat to 350
Mix ingredients in bowl
Put muffin cups in pan (or spray with Pam or equivalent)
put batter into cups
bake at 350 for about 15 minutes
