Ingredients
2 Cups cooked, mashed pumpkin1- 12 oz. can of fat free evaporate milk2/3 C. packed brown sugar2 eggs2 Tb. molasses1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. ground clovessprinkle of nutmeg
Directions
In a stand mixer, add the ingredients in the order listed and mix well. Place custard cups in a pan, pour custard into the cups. Fill the pan to 1" with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until the custard is set.
