Breakfast Fruit & Nut Bread

Ingredients
4 oz chopped pecans12 T Just Fruit Preserves2 large eggs2 cups old fashion rolled oats10 pitted dated chopped8 oz unsweetened applesauce1 t vanilla2 t baking soda
Directions
Beat all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour until lightly brown and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and cut into 8 pieces.
