Banana Muscle Bread

Ingredients
2 scoops protein powder12 egg whites1 1/2 C uncooked oatmeal2 ripe bananas, mashed1/3 C splenda brown sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1T cinnamon2/3 C nonfat dry milk1t baking powder
Directions
preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients together and pour into desired pan for portion size. Cook at 350 degrees until brown.

Variations:
1. Use pumpkin in place of banana and use pumpkin pie spice in place of cinnamon.
2. Use chopped apples or applesauce in place of the bananas, this is good with almond extract & raisins.
3. Add ground flaxseed for healthy fats & a little more texure.
