Ingredients
4 eggs1 tbsp salsa1 tbsp water1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips1/4 cup shredded cheddar1 tsp hot sauce
Directions
Whisk eggs, water, and salsa. Scramble in a skillet. When set, add chips and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve with hot sauce. This serves 2.
