Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter1 cup splenda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
1) set oven to 350
2) combine peanut butter and sugar very well
3) add in egg, stir very well
4) add in baking soda, baking powder and vanilla
5) ball up and smash the balls down with a fork in 2 different directions
6) bake for 8-10 minutes
