Split pea soup

Ingredients
1 bag Dried peas1 onion chopped2 carrots cut chunky1 cup cooked pork cut in chunks10 cups waterChicken or vegetable bullion to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook peas until tender in water. The last hour or so I add chunks of carrots, onions and bullion, salt and pepper to taste.

I use a hand held tool to puree and I am sure to leave it chunky.


Serving Size: 12 1 cup servings. Add or remove water to adjust servings or thickness
