Travis's Curry Chicken

Ingredients
2 Tbsp onion powder1 Tbsp garlic powder1 tsp red pepper1 tsp tarmeric2 tsp coriander2 tsp cumin3 tsp corn starch12 oz. cooked chicken
Directions
Cut chicken into 1/2" pieces and cook chicken.
Mix all seasonings except corn starch together in a bowl.
Add 3 cups water to cooked chicken (in skillet)
Mix in seasonings.
Bring to a boil. Then add corn starch. Let simmer for 20 minutes or until thick.

Makes 3 servings of 1 cup.

Great served over rice. (Rice nutrtion not included in recipe)
