Chicken Tarragon

4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts1/2 cup White Flour2 tsp Margarine1 Lemon, one half quartered, one half sliced2 Tbsp Tarragon
Pour the flour into a shallow bowl or pie tin. Coat both sides of the chicken breasts with flour. Discard the remaining flour.
Place the chicken in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top each chicken breast with 1/2 tsp of margarine.
Cut the lemon in half. Slice one half of the lemon into four slices and quarter the other half. Place one slice on each chicken breast on top of the margarine. Sprinkle each chicken breast with approximately 1/2 Tbsp of tarragon.
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. Serve with lemon quarters. Recommended side dishes: wild rice and green beans or broccoli.
