Quick Onion and cucumber Relish (Kachoomar)

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (cubed) Cucumber (peeled), 3/4th cup, (cubed)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper finely choppedSalt, 1 dash (optional)Lemon Juice, 1 lemon Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3/4 cup, cubedRoasted cumin seeds coarsely crushed 1 tsp (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let them sit for 30 minutes before serving so that all vegetables get a good soaking in the lemon juice and get a tangy flavor.

This is a classic Indian salsa and is always served with every meal.
