Isa's Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
Here is what you will need:1 lb. ground turkey (chicken or beef)1 medium size onion1 clove garlic, chopped2 T. wine5 cans stewed tomatoes1 T. basil2 t. Italian seasoning1/2 t. lemon pepper2 t. all-purpose seasoning1/2 t. allspice1/2 t. salt1/2 large bell pepper4-5 mushrooms2 T. fresh parsley, chopped or 1 t. dried1 small can tomato paste1/4 c. wine
Directions
Brown meat, onion and garlic in a medium-large pot. When meat is cooked through, deglaze pan with 2 T. wine. Add the stewed tomatoes, spices, chopped pepper, mushrooms and parsley. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and 1/4 c. wine. Allow to simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Now it is ready to serve over your noodles of choice with a nice side salad!
