Ham, Swiss and Spinach Crustless Quiche

6 large eggs6 oz. Fricks extra Lean ham6 slices Sargento reduced fat Swiss cheese3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk1 cup spinach, frozen, moisture squeezed out1/4 tsp fresh nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black or white pepper2 tsp. Brummell and Brown spread.
Spray a 9" pie pan with vegetable spray.
Sauté onion in Brummell and Brown until soft and translucent.
Layer onions, ham, cheese and spinach in pie pan.
Beat eggs until frothy. Add evaporated milk. Continue beating until well mixed. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into pie pan.
Bake at 300 degrees until center is set, about 45 min. Do not over bake.
