Baked Cabbage in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) cut into 6 wedgesw Canned Tomato, Crushed, 28oz,water 28 ozChopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving), 6 servingApple Cider Vinager, 9 tsp Garlic (1 clove), 3 serving finely choppedsplenda to your taste
Directions
Wash and clean cabbage, remove tough outside leaves. Cut into 6 equal wedges.
Make your sauce in a roasting pan that has a lid.
combin tomato, chopped onion, garlic, vinager,water, season with salt and pepper. stir to mix. Add cabbage and make sure to spoon sauce over all. Cover with lid and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Turn wedges after 1 hour and spoon sauce over all wedges again.


Serving Size: 1-wedge cabbage and 3/4 cup of cooked sauce
