    1 teaspoon lemon zest
    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
    1/2 cup chopped chives
    1/4 cup chipped dill
    salt
    pepper
    2 pounds brussel sprouts, raw, and finely shredded
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
