100g plain white flour1tsp baking powder.5 pint skimmed milkspray oil for cookingSplenda for sweeteningLemon juice for taste
Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl, add made up egg whites (from Dr Oetker powders) and .5 pint skimmed milk. Whisk well and let stand for 20 minutes.
Spray a little oil into a small frying pan. Heat hot and pour in one sixth of the batter. Turn the heat down and allow to cook thoroughly for a couple of minutes each side.
Sprinkle lemon juice and non-calorie sweetener to taste
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
