1 (14 oz) can unsweetened pumpkin puree2 cups fat free milk2 cups water2 tsp pumpkin spice1/4 tsp salt2 cups quick-cooking oats (not instant)
1- Whisk together pumpkin, milk, water, spices and salt in a large saucepan set over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil
