Creamy Vegan Veggie Pasta

*1 med yellow onion, diced *1 tbsp, Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, Basil, 1 tsp Garlic, 3 cloves, minced Cornstarch, 1 tbsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 1 cup Nutritional Yeast, 1/3 cup Salt, 2 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp Macaroni, whole-wheat, 2 cup
Put on a pot of water, bring to a boil, and cook your noodles according to box instructions.
Caramelize onion with butter and basil.
Add garlic, saute on med-low for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and milk. Add this to onions.
Mix together nutritional yeast, thyme, paprika, salt, and rosemary. Add slowly to onion-milk mixture.
Drain your noodles and add to the onion-milk-spice mixture.
Serving Size: Makes six 1 cup servings
