Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pecans

Ingredients
1 # fresh brussels sprouts1 1/2 Tb. olive oil1/4 tsp. salt1/2 C. toasted pecansDressing:2 Tb. onions1 Tb. lemon juice1 Tsp. dijon mustard1 1/2 Tb. olive oilSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the bottoms of the brussels sprout stems and cut in half lengthwise. Toss with 1 1/2 Tb. olive oil and salt, then place cut side down on a baking pan. Bake for 12-18 minutes until just tender and lightly browned. In the meantime, whisk together the dressing ingredients. When the brussels sprouts are done, place in a serving dish, pour the dressing over and toss along with the pecans.
