growing oatmeal with apples and walnuts

Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (do not use instant or quick cooking oats)1/2 cup pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)3/4 cup skim milk1 chopped apple1 oz walnuts, chopped1/2 t cinnamon1 packet stevia1 dash salt1/8 t vanilla
Directions
Mix all together and cook in the microwave on high for 12 minutes. Stir after 6 minutes. Be sure to cook this in a large bowl, as it does grow. I use a 2 qt casserole dish
