1lb lean ground beef1c green peppers sliced1 can Benita Mexican style corn1 can black beans, rinsed1 jalapeno, seeded and slicedSpecially Selected Pumpkin Chiptole sauce (24oz)3 servings (6oz) tri color rotini pasta1/2 c coarse chopped yellow onion1 T cumin
Chop veggies and put water on to boil.
Brown ground beef with onions, green peppers and jalepenos. Drain. Add in corn, beans, and sauce. Simmer while pasta cooks. Mix all together.
