Easy Banana Bread

1 1/3 cup flour1 cup icing sugar3 super ripe bananas125 gm butter (unsalted and softened at room temp)2 eggs1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup walnuts (can use almonds and raisins too)extra butter for greasing loaf tin
Cream butter and sugar together
Add eggs one by one and mix well
Add the mashed ripe bananas and vanilla essence
mix all dry ingredients together (1 1/3 cup flour, baking soda and salt)
Add to the wet mixture and mix well
Combine the nuts and fold
Pour in a greased loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for approx 50-55 minutes.
Check with a wooden skewer before removing from oven and cool completely.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Slices in a loaf
