Ingredients
Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2 cupsGarlic, 1 clove Mushrooms, fresh, 35 grams Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup Liddells Lactose free dairy spread, 10 gram(s) Shallots, 60 grams Roasting Chicken, light meat, 70 grams
Directions
Soak rolled oats in vinegar overnight
Lightly stir fry the shallots, mushrooms for 3-5 minutes then add the garlic stir fry for another 3-5 minutes until garlic is cooked.
Add oats and cooked chicken meat to chicken broth or chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil Serve
